Vendor Support
We provide vendor recommendations for up to four remaining categories and help you compare proposals with confidence. As the wedding approaches, we support vendor communication as needed and contact all confirmed vendors one month before the wedding to review arrival times, setup needs, logistics, and final details.

Design Guidance
We create a personalized mood board and provide guidance on your color palette, décor style, rentals, layout, and overall aesthetic. We also offer feedback on DIY projects and décor plans so the final look feels cohesive and intentional. This includes design guidance, but not full-service design, sourcing, ordering, or full installation management.

Meetings & Communication
We meet once per month, virtually or in person, to review progress, answer questions, make decisions, and keep planning on track.

Timeline Creation
We create a detailed wedding day timeline with vendor arrival times, setup instructions, ceremony and reception timing, wedding party lineup, cueing plans, and key transitions. The finalized timeline is shared with your vendor team so everyone is aligned.

Around 30 days before the wedding, we hold a detailed final handoff meeting to review your finalized plans, vendor details, layouts, timeline needs, ceremony details, and setup logistics. From this point forward, we step in as your lead coordinator for final communication and execution.

Vendor Communication
During the final month, we become the main point of contact for your confirmed vendor team. We verify arrival times, setup needs, responsibilities, timeline details, and any final logistics so everyone is aligned before the wedding day.

Timeline Creation & Distribution
